Blood of the Saints ist das vierte Studioalbum der deutschen Power-Metal-Band Powerwolf. Es erschien am 29. Juli 2011 bei Metal Blade Records.
Rezeption
Charterfolg
Das Album erreichte Platz 24 der deutschen Charts, in denen es 3 Wochen blieb. In der Schweiz kam es auf Platz 75.[3]
Kritiken
Laut.de vergab drei von fünf Sternen. Michael Edele schrieb: "Hin und wieder kratzt manche Melodie schon schwer an der Tür zum Lala-Land, doch da auch diese immer mit einem Augenzwinkern durchgezogen wird, kann man den Jungs kaum böse sein. " Zwar bediene die Band nach wie vor "Klischees", biete aber "durchaus gut gemachten Power Metal".[4]
